Address Book Create New Entry

This control is part of the Address Book Window.

Clicking on this button creates a new Address Book entry. If you are currently connected to a Remote Host then the details will be entered into the relevant fields of the Address Book. If you are not connected then you will need to fill in all the fields manually.
