Binary Mode File Transfer

This control is part of the File Types section of the Settings Window.

Click on this item if you want RS FTP to send ALL FILES in Binary Mode.

This mode is safe for Binary files but will transfer Text files without regard for the system type differences that may exist between local and remote hosts. This may mean that the end of line characters, of text files, may not be suitable for the destination operating system.
